No, and that's the magic: the card is added to Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android), already on their phone. One scan, a first name, done.
Card notifications (wallet push) are unlimited and included, and they work in every country. SMS are optional: you buy prepaid credit packs in the app (100, 300 or 500 SMS for €14.99, €39.99 or €64.99 incl. VAT), and 1 credit = 1 SMS of up to 160 characters. No extra subscription. SMS campaigns can only be sent to French phone numbers for now.
No commitment: switch plans or cancel whenever you want. No hardware to buy: your phone is all you need to add stamps, and the counter QR code prints on a regular sheet of paper.
You can edit your card anytime in the studio: colors, photo, reward. Cards already on your customers' phones update automatically, without asking them anything.
