A big share of your customers use an Android phone. Your card joins their Google Wallet with one scan, gets stamped at checkout and updates itself, with no app to install.
Google Wallet is the Android equivalent of Apple Wallet: the app where your customers keep their bank cards, tickets and loyalty cards. It is available on the vast majority of Android phones (Samsung, Xiaomi, Google Pixel, Oppo…). Your card is right at hand when they pay, with nothing extra to download.
Google doesn't let just anyone put a card in its users' Wallet. To issue Google Wallet loyalty cards on your own, you need to:
nacard is an issuer approved by Google and does all of that work for you. You create your card in the studio (template, reward, photo), and we issue it and keep it up to date in every customer's Google Wallet.
You don't have to choose between Google Wallet and Apple Wallet, or run two programs. The same QR code at the counter detects your customer's phone and offers the right format:
| Android customer | iPhone customer | |
|---|---|---|
| The card goes into | Google Wallet | Apple Wallet |
| What they need to install | Nothing | Nothing |
| What they type | Their first name | Their first name |
| Stamps and reward | The same, in a single program | |
| For the business | One QR code, one studio, one scan at checkout | |
The iPhone side is covered on the Apple Wallet loyalty card page.
The full step-by-step guide, Samsung included, is in our tutorial on how to add a loyalty card to Wallet.
